Exchanges for Damaged Goods Only

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If your purchase includes any physical book, reach out directly to the printer, LuLu, regarding any damages. To complete your exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your purchase includes any merchandise, please email us at admin@natashangonzalez.com regarding any damages upon receiving the item within 24 hours. Upon our discretion of damage, we will process an exchange through Printful.
